Let’s make granola bars. They’re easy to make and don’t require an oven. There are a lot of ingredients, but they’re definitely delicious and healthy.
Granola Bar Ingredients:

- 70 grams raw almonds
- Cashew nuts 70 grams (steamed or roasted before consumption)
- Pumpkin seeds 50 grams
- 40 grams of dried coconut
- Dried cranberries 40g
- Raisins 60 grams
- 30 grams of white sesame
- 60 grams of brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 110 grams of honey
- Coconut oil 80 grams
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make granola bars?
- Roughly chop the almonds and cashews and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Place jumbo oats, pumpkin seeds, toasted coconut, dried cranberries, raisins and white sesame seeds in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Make the syrup by adding brown sugar, salt, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract to a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Pour the syrup mixture into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Place in a 26×16.5 cm baking tray lined with parchment paper and press the mixture into a smooth, even layer.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set, then cut and serve.
