 Let’s make granola bars. They’re easy to make and don’t require an oven. There are a lot of ingredients, but they’re definitely delicious and healthy.

Granola Bar Ingredients:

  1. Jumbo Oats 280g สมัคร ufabet
  2. 70 grams raw almonds
  3. Cashew nuts 70 grams (steamed or roasted before consumption)
  4. Pumpkin seeds 50 grams
  5. 40 grams of dried coconut
  6. Dried cranberries 40g
  7. Raisins 60 grams
  8. 30 grams of white sesame
  9. 60 grams of brown sugar
  10. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  11. 110 grams of honey
  12. Coconut oil 80 grams
  13. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make granola bars?

  1. Roughly chop the almonds and cashews and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place jumbo oats, pumpkin seeds, toasted coconut, dried cranberries, raisins and white sesame seeds in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Make the syrup by adding brown sugar, salt, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract to a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  5. Place in a 26×16.5 cm baking tray lined with parchment paper and press the mixture into a smooth, even layer.
  6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set, then cut and serve.
