Ingredients :

  1. 2+1/3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour สมัคร ufabet
  2. 3/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (if the flour you are using already contains xanthan gum, you don’t have to add it) 
  3. Baking powder 2+1/2 teaspoons 
  4. 1 teaspoon salt 
  5. 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt 
  6. 1 egg 
  7. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
  8. 1/4 cup honey
  9. 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats 
  10. 3/4 cup almond milk

How to make Honey Oatmeal Bread?

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9×5-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt, then beat until combined. 
  3. Beat together the eggs, yogurt, melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup honey, and oats until well blended. Then add the almond milk and mix until smooth. 
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl. Gently folding with a wooden spoon until combined (do not overmix or the bread may be too tough). 
  5. Pour all the ingredients into the prepared bread pan and sprinkle with the remaining oats. 
  6. Bake for about 30-45 minutes or until the top of the bread is golden brown. You can test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the bread. If it comes out clean and no dough comes out, it is cooked through. 
  7. Remove the bread from the baking sheet and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Then brush the outside with honey and cut into pieces to serve.
