How to make Honey Oatmeal Bread?
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9×5-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- Beat together the eggs, yogurt, melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup honey, and oats until well blended. Then add the almond milk and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl. Gently folding with a wooden spoon until combined (do not overmix or the bread may be too tough).
- Pour all the ingredients into the prepared bread pan and sprinkle with the remaining oats.
- Bake for about 30-45 minutes or until the top of the bread is golden brown. You can test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the bread. If it comes out clean and no dough comes out, it is cooked through.
- Remove the bread from the baking sheet and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Then brush the outside with honey and cut into pieces to serve.
